– Castle Glen Distillery's Elderflower Gin is crisp, clean, and balanced, offering bright fruit notes from the juniper berry which is supported by a blend of botanicals including Elderflower. Elderflowers have a distinctive floral aroma and flavour that marry beautifully with Gin botanicals. The dried Elderflowers are left to macerate for a month for full flavour extraction. – Castle Glen's Sloe Gin is hand crafted using Castle Glen Distillery's own neutral white rum spirit made from the pristine waters of the Granite Belt, Queensland. The combination of Juniper Berries and Sloe Berries are infused into the spirit using the vapour infusion distillation method. The Gin is complex and big on flavour with Sloe berries shining through. This high alcohol Gin packs a punch, Serve on its own, over ice or with Tonic Water. Perfect for making the traditional G&T or gin Martini.
