White Chocolate Creme and Sour Cream Ganache
Perfect for the White Heaven Mud Cake, or your own cake recipe.
Ingredients
- 150g White Chocolate (like Nestle Milky Bar)
- 50ml Castle Glen's White Heaven Creme Liqueur
- 200ml Sour Cream (Thickened)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a small saucepan over a very low heat, stirring occasionally.
- When the chocolate has completely melted, add White Heaven Crème Liqueur and stir to combine.
- Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the sour cream.
- Use immediately, or if your ganache is quite runny, set it aside in the fridge to thicken slightly before using.
