White Chocolate Creme and Sour Cream Ganache.
Perfect for the White Heaven Mud Cake, or your own cake recipe.
150g White Chocolate (like Nestle Milky Bar)
Castle Glen's White Heaven Creme Liqueur
200ml Sour Cream (Thickened)
Add products to cart
Melt the white chocolate in a small saucepan over a very low heat, stirring occasionally.
When the chocolate has completely melted, add White Heaven Crème Liqueur and stir to combine.
Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the sour cream.
Use immediately, or if your ganache is quite runny, set it aside in the fridge to thicken slightly before using.
