White Chocolate Balls

A twist on the Rum Ball classic.

Be sure to make a double batch as these disappear quick!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until the mixture is solid enough to roll into bite sized balls. (Add more Weetbix if the mixture is too moist or more White Chocolate Liqueur if the mixture is too dry.)
  2. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls.
  3. Cover them with the extra shredded coconut shavings and refrigerate overnight. Serve and enjoy!
