A great summer cocktail taking a slight twist on a tequila classic. Tangy with great citrus notes, a very refreshing afternoon beverage.
Ingredients
- 30ml Castle Glen's Blue Cactus Spirit
- 30ml Castle Glen's Blood Orange Liqueur
- 10ml Castle Glen's Lemoncello Liqueur
- 100ml Castle Glen's Sparkling Water

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake lightly and pour into a cocktail glass.
- Add lemon and lime slices for a garnish with a citrus kick.
