Banana Creme Pie
A delicious cocktail reminiscient of a banana cream pie.
Ingredients
- 30ml Castle Glen's Banana Creme Liqueur
- 30ml Castle Glen's Almond Liqueur
- 15ml Castle Glen's Maidens Dream Creme Liqueur
- Thickened Cream (or Coconut Cream for vegan)
- Digestive Biscuit (or equivalent sweet biscuit), crushed into crumbs for rimming the glass
Instructions
- Run a cut slice of banana around the edge of the cocktail glass to create a moist "glue" for the crumbs.
- Spread the biscuit crumbs onto a plate and dip the cocktail glass (rim down) onto it so that the crumbs stick to the edge evenly once removed.
- Pour all of the liqueurs and cream into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake until thoroughly mixed together. (Approx 10 seconds.)
- Pour the mixed liqueurs/cream into your rimmed cocktail glass. Enjoy!
