The Australian Whiskey Company's Single Malt Whiskies are unique. They are unblended with no added caramel, neutral spirit, flavourings or additives found in many commercial Whiskey products available in the marketplace. We use only the finest malt from Switzerland. The whiskies are double distilled and aged in oak.
Castle Glen also makes a range of Whiskey Liqueurs including some of our own creations - such as Bishop's Choice®, and Whiskello®. The Castle Glen Distillery range is 100% Natural of course!
