We are now proud to announce that we have just released the first Whiskey produced by Castle Glen and marketed under "The Australian Whiskey Company" label.

The Australian Whiskey Company's 2 year old Whiskey is unique. It is unblended with no added caramel, neutral spirit, flavourings or additives found in many commercial Whiskey products available in the marketplace. We use only the finest malt from Switzerland. The whiskey is double distilled and aged in oak for a minimum of 2 years.
Castle Glen also makes a range of Whiskey Liqueurs including some of our own creations - such as Bishop's Choice®, and Whiskello®. The Castle Glen Distillery range is 100% Natural of course!
