Semillon Wine (Unwooded)

Castle Glen Winery has created this Semillon Table Wine with exceptional grapes from the 2019 Vintage. The hot dry conditions leading up to and during harvest time helped the Semillon grape to flourish and develop its zesty crisp character. Settled in vats the colour is near water-white in appearance with aromas of citrus, grass, straw and subtle green herbs. It’s crisp and delicate with a chalky minerality. Drinking now and can also be aged for a more developed wine. Only Castle Glen Vineyard grown grapes are used in the making of this unique preservative free wine.

SERVING: Refrigerate to enjoy chilled.
