Semillon Wine (Sweet) Unwooded

Selectively hand picked Semillon grapes from Castle Glen Vineyard’s middle block are used in this Unwooded Semillon. Leaving the grapes on the vines has captured the ripening from the sun resulting in a sweet full bodied wine. Left to develop and mature in stainless steel vats has brought through the beautiful character of the Semillon grape. The wine is sweet and has complex fruit.
