Late Harvest Semillon

This is a special release dessert wine using Castle Glen Semillon Grapes. The 1999 Vintage achieved extraordinarily high fructose levels through the late harvest and berry shrivel. Matured in American Oak Barrels accentuates the creamy texture and vanilla notes in this unusually styled dessert wine. Only Castle Glen Vineyard grown grapes are used in the making of this unique preservative-free wine.
