Chardonnay Wine (Wooded)

Selectively handpicked Chardonnay grapes from the Castle Glen Vineyard’s southern middle block are used in this magnificent Wooded Chardonnay. The wine was left to develop in medium toasted American Oak barrels for 12 years allowing this Chardonnay to mellow – with just the right amount of acidity. The wine is dry, bold and has plenty of complex fruit and oak character.

Pairs well with strong fish, like tuna or swordfish and could equally be paired with a steak or venison meat dish.

No added sulphites (preservatives) and no artificial colouring used.
