Selectively handpicked Shiraz Grapes have been used to make this quintessential Granite Belt Red. The Shiraz grapes grown in the cooler climate, create a lighter bodied wine showing black pepper aromatics. Aged in American Oak Barrels for 18 months this is a well balanced red wine. Perfect with red meats – thinking Eye Fillet Steak or perhaps a T-Bone on the Barbeque, or Warm Beef Salad.
No added sulphites (preservatives) and no artificial colouring used.
