Handpicked Castle Glen Vineyard Merlot, Shiraz and Chambourcin grapes gives this unique blend an intense varietal character. Matured in American Oak Barrels for 10 years. The Merlot grape provides a softening of the wine with dark chocolate tannins from the Merlot & Chambourcin grapes. Perfect with lamb dishes.
