Castle Glen’s Rosella Liqueur is created using rosella flowers grown in SE Queensland. The Rosella plant is a species of hibiscus originating from West Africa. Castle Glen ferments the rosella flowers and fortifies creating a light bodied liqueur with light viscosity and sweet honeyed taste. The botanical liqueur is bright on the nose and its rose hues are evocative of the Wild Rosella.
