Created with tree ripened Satsuma Plums – Blood Plums - grown on the Granite Belt. Naturally yeast fermented. A bubbly, refreshing lightly spritzed sparkling wine that is rich and lively. Perfect on a hot summer’s day.

Preservative-free. No added sulphites. No artificial flavours or colourings.

SERVING: Serve chilled - straight or over a glass full of ice.
