This unusual Fig Sparkling Wine is made with fresh organic Black Genoa Figs grown at Cherry Park on the Granite Belt. The wine is rich in colour and has the distinct sweet taste of figs from the tree ripened fruit. Best kept simple to savour the luxurious fig taste - perfect on a hot summer’s day.

Naturally yeast fermented.

Preservative Free. No added sulphites. No artificial flavours or colourings.

SERVING: Serve chilled - straight or over a glass full of ice.
