Queen Garnet Plum Sparkling Wine

The Queen Garnet Plum is cultivated from the Japanese Blood Plum and is the 'the queen of antioxidants' with its rich, almost black flesh.

Grown on the Granite Belt, Castle Glen has naturally yeast fermented the sparkling wine.

Refreshing, lightly spritzed plum wine that is rich, sweet and tangy at the same time. Perfect on a hot summer’s day.
