Made using Castle Glen Vineyard’s Semillon White Fortified Wine with a secret blend of nine Castle Glen liqueurs. The 2008 Semillon Fortified Wine is a late picked Semillon white grape, fermented on skins for a rich, full flavour and colour. Fortified with 2 year old Brandy and aged in American Oak makes the wonderful rich, smooth base to the Sex In The Vineyard Fortified Wine Liqueur.

SERVING: Enjoy straight, on ice, or mix with lemonade or soda water (50/50 blend). Mix with pineapple juice to make a Singapore Sling Cocktail – famous at Raffles Hotel!
