– Castle Glen's Sloe Gin is hand crafted using Castle Glen Distillery's own neutral white rum spirit made from the pristine waters of the Granite Belt, Queensland. The combination of Juniper Berries and Sloe Berries are infused into the spirit using the vapour infusion distillation method. The Gin is complex and big on flavour with Sloe berries shining through. This high alcohol Gin packs a punch, Serve on its own, over ice or with Tonic Water.
