Black Knight Premium 50ml
– Castle Glen Distillery’s Black Knight is a rich Aniseed spirit, smooth, fresh, intense and warming. It is made with three different varieties of anise; the green anise, the star anise and soft local fennel.

Absinthe 65ml
– Castle Glen Distillery’s Absinthe is strong spirit made from a blend of anise, fennel and herbs. Castle Glen’s Absinthe is a natural green colour. It is commonly referred to in historical literature as "la fée verte" (the green fairy).

Silver Knight Liqueur 65ml
– Castle Glen Distillery’s Silver Knight is a herbal liqueur/spirit which is made from herbs, fruits, roots, and spices, including citrus peel, licorice, anise, poppy seeds, saffron, ginger, and juniper berries. These ingredients are ground, then steeped in water and alcohol for 2–3 days before being filtered and stored in oak barrels for about a year. The liqueur is fortified with sugar and alcohol, final filtration, then bottled.

Yellow Strega Liqueur 65ml
– Castle Glen Distillery’s Yellow Strega is made from a blend of citrus and anise that are fermented and distilled. Rich, sweet, and balanced, offering bright citrus top notes supported by locally sourced anise. The Yellow Strega Liqueur lingers sweetly on the palate with a smooth, rich finish.

– Castle Glen's Black knight Liqueur is created using essential oils from the Star Anise spice. The Anise is fortified to create a smooth, rich and intense Anise liqueur that packs a punch! Compliments a rich coffee and great in cocktails.
