Castle Glen’s Ginger Liqueur is created using organic, Queensland grown ginger from Gatton in the Lockyer Valley, which is well known for its intense ginger flavour and heat. The ginger root is fermented and fortified in the traditional English method. The Ginger Liqueur has an instantly warming aroma of ginger with an initial sweetness followed by a full barreled bite of ginger as only Queensland Ginger can do!
