Castle Glen Distillery’s Dark Rum is a premium small batch, double distilled barrel aged cane spirit made from top grade Australian sugar cane. Aged in Oak Barrels for a minimum of 2 years with Castle Glen Distillery’s own Rum flavour gives this Rum a rich, creamy, molasses taste that's smooth on the palate with a sweet finish.
