Gin - Elderflower

Castle Glen Distillery's Elderflower Gin is crisp, clean, and balanced, offering bright fruit notes from the juniper berry which is supported by a blend of botanicals including Elderflower.
Elderflowers have a distinctive floral aroma and flavour that marry beautifully with Gin botanicals.
The dried Elderflowers are left to macerate for a month for full flavour extraction.
Elderflower Gin lingers long on the palate.

SERVING: Drink straight, on the rocks and/or with tonic water.
