Ruby Grapefruit Liqueur

Castle Glen’s Ruby Grapefruit Liqueur has been created using fresh ripe Ruby Grapefruit grown in Australia. The grapefruit is a subtropical citrus tree known for its sour to semi-sweet fruit. The Ruby Grapefruit is firstly fermented and then fortified, a technique that captures the full taste of the Ruby Grapefruit in its natural state. The liqueur has a distinctive taste all of its own – zesty citrus with soft orange notes – this liqueur multi-layered sophisticated yet smooth – a fabulous Queensland made fruit liqueur. Will be perfect for cocktail making as well as pairing with a mixer.
