Peach Liqueur

Castle Glen’s Peach Liqueur has been created using fresh ripe Yellow Peaches – the quintessential peach distinguished by their fuzzy think skin with hues of red, pink and gold blushing throughout. The flesh is aromatic, juicy when ripe and golden coloured. The Yellow Peaches are fermented and then fortified with 2 Year Old Australian Brandy - a technique that captures the full sweetness of the peach in its natural state. The liqueur is distinctive in taste – full bodied with overtones of orange and citrus notes. Is a must have in the cocktail bar and makes the world famous Bellini Cocktail.
