Lychee Liqueur

Castle Glen’s Lychee Liqueur is created using Queensland grown sweet tropical Lychee fruit. The Lychee fruit are hand-peeled, pipped, and the Lychee flesh is fermented and fortified in the traditional English method.
Lychee Liqueur is soft and delicate, has a distinctive sweet aroma of lychee with notes of spice, rose and honey.

(Please note Lychee Liqueur is only available at certain times of the year due to the seasonal availability of the lychee fruit.)

SERVING: Drink straight, on the rocks, or add to a fresh fruit cocktail. Make the Lychee Martini with Castle Glen Lychee Liqueur and Castle Glen Vodka.
