Castle Glen Dragon Fruit Liqueur

Castle Glen's Dragon Fruit Liqueur has been created using the White Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya or Pitahaya, grown in South East Queensland. The Dragon Fruit is firstly fermented and then fortified, a technique that captures the full taste of the Dragon Fruit in its natural state. This liqueur has a distinctive taste all of its own - light, however sweet and exotic - just like the fruit. Due to its delicate taste it is recommended to drink straight or on the rocks.
