Blackberry Liqueur

Castle Glen's Blackberry Liqueur is created using 100% Granite Belt grown Blackberries.
This rich liqueur expands on the palate and is reminiscent of a deliciously sweet fortified wine. The Blackberry Liqueur has a vibrant deep red purple colour with a specific tartiness on the back palate.
Its entailing nuttiness allows for excellent pairings with strong cheeses and rich chocolate desserts.

SERVING: Serve on the rocks or with a mixer. Great in cocktails.
