Semillon Fortress

Only selectively handpicked Castle Glen Vineyard Semillon grapes are used in this preservative-free 2001 Vintage Fortified Wine. Fortified with 2 year old Brandy and aged in an American Oak Barrel has encouraged a rich sweetness, with an intensity and concentration of the sweet Semillon grapes that have developed over 16 years of barrel aging.

Non-filtered and racked off the barrels will ensure this rich Fortified Wine will continue to mature in the bottle for many years.
