Muscat in Bourbon Fortress

Only selectively handpicked white muscat grapes from Castle Glen Vineyard's eastern block are used in this preservative-free 2002 Vintage Fortified Wine. Fortified with a 2 year old Brandy and aged in an American Whiskey Barrel has encouraged a rich sweetness, intensity, depth and concentration of the raisin notes which have developed over 14 years of the barrel aging. Non-filtered and racked off the barrels will ensure this rich Fortified Wine will continue to mature in the bottle.
