Only selectively handpicked Semillon grapes from Castle Glen Vineyard are used in this unusual preservative-free, 2005 Vintage Fortified Wine. This beverage has been fortified with a Chilli Brandy and matured for 11 years, ensuring a hot and spicy concentration that will continue to evolve into a hot “blow your mouth apart” Fortified!
