Only selectively handpicked Semillon grapes from Castle Glen Vineyard’s middle block are used in this preservative-free Vintage Fortified Wine. This rich and smooth chocolate fortified has been matured with a Chocolate Brandy allowing the chocolate, caramel, and vanilla characters to evolve and continue to mature in the bottle.
Non-filtration will ensure this rich Fortified Wine will continue to mature in the bottle for many years.
SERVING: Serve in a port glass after dinner.
