Only selectively handpicked Cabernet and Merlot grapes from Castle Glen Vineyard are used in this preservative-free, Vintage 2005, Fortified Wine. This rich and smooth liqueur fortified has been matured with a Chocolate and Caramel Brandy and aged in American Oak for 14 years allowing chocolate, caramel, and vanilla characters to evolve. A luscious winter Fortified for the discerning palate. Non-filtered and racked off the barrels ensures this rich fortified will continue to mature in the bottle for many years.
