Only selectively handpicked Shiraz grapes grown at Castle Glen vineyard are used in this Australian style 2004 vintage fortified wine. The Shiraz wine was fortified with 2 year old matured brandy spirit and aged in Castle Glen Rum barrels for 18 years.
This fortified wine is a must have for Rum lovers. Rich and luscious with concentrated fruit.
Non filtration ensures continued maturation in the bottle for many years to come.

Preservative and chemical free, gluten free and vegan.

SERVING: Drink neat.
