Local strawberries and Castle Glen Vineyard Semillon grapes are used in this unusual fortified wine.

This rich, smooth, strawberry and chocolate Fortified has been matured with a Chocolate Brandy for 4 years, allowing the chocolate and caramel characters to evolve and continue to mature in the bottle.

Non-filtration ensures this rich Fortified Wine will continue to mature in the bottle.

SERVING: Serve in a port glass after dinner.
