Red Wine Vinegar

Castle Glen's Red Wine Vinegar is made from Shiraz Grapes grown in Castle Glen's Vineyard on the Granite Belt. This Red Wine Vinegar has been aged in vats for 8 years. The colour is light red. Use to make salad dressings and great for pickling vegetables.

SERVING: Salad dressings, marinades and sauces.
