Castle Glens Fruit Wine Vinegar is made from a variety of stone fruit grown on the Granite Belt. This fruit wine vinegar has been aged for 21 years is rich red in colour and has developed a soft acidic taste. Use to make salad dressings and great for pickling vegetables.

    I actually used this in my Italian cooking instead of just a red wine. Flavour is amazing. Have also used in pickling as well. Absolutely love it for all this.
