Apricot Wine Vinegar

Castle Glens Apricot Wine Vinegar is made from Apricots grown on the Granite Belt.  This Apricot Wine Vinegar has been aged in vats for 6 years.  The colour and flavour is beautiful  sweet apricots.  Use to make salad dressings and great for pickling vegetables.
