Castle Glen’s Rosella Liqueur is created using rosella flowers grown in SE Queensland. The Rosella plant is a species of hibiscus originating from West Africa. Castle Glen ferments the rosella flowers and fortifies them to create a light bodied liqueur with light viscosity and sweet honeyed taste. This botanical liqueur is bright on the nose and its rose hues are evocative of the wild rosella.
